The Collective Company
One Company, four levels. Your dancer is placed into C1, C2, C3, or C4 by audition, based on technical ability, consistency, and development. Casting is by routine from there, matched to your dancer's level and availability.
LEVELS C1 & C2
Where competitive training starts. Your dancer builds the technique, discipline, and stage experience the upper levels are built on.
Weekly Commitment
- Minis: 5 hours of class per week
- Juniors: 5 hours of class per week
- Teens & Seniors: 6 hours of class per week

LEVELS C3 & C4
For your most committed dancer. Maximum training hours, the heaviest choreography load, and the highest expectations we set.
Weekly Commitment
- Juniors: 7 hours of class per week

- Nationals in Orlando, FL
- Weekly rehearsal for every routine your dancer is cast in
- Participation in the June recital

- Additional conventions and competitions beyond the required lineup
