Professional dance studio space in Franklin, TN. Four studios with mirrors, sound systems, and climate control, available 6 AM to 11 PM every day, subject to our class and rehearsal schedule.

For Dancers

Our published rates are for dance use: solo practice, private coaching, choreography, rehearsals, and dance classes.

Private Rental — $15/hour
Solo practice, or one instructor with one student. Full studio access and sound system. Billed in 15-minute increments.

Group Rental — $30/hour
Rehearsals, classes, and workshops with 2 or more people. Full studio access and premium sound. Billed in 15-minute increments.

Other Uses

Using the space for something other than dance? We host yoga and fitness instructors, photographers, videographers, auditions, and small events. Rates for non-dance use are quoted per booking based on the space, duration, and purpose. Submit the request form below and we'll respond with a custom quote within 1 business day.

How Booking Works

1. Request. Submit the form below with your date, time, and what you're using the space for. Submitting a request does not hold studio time.

2. Approval. Every request is reviewed. Dance rentals receive approval and a payment link; other uses receive a custom quote first.

3. Pay and book. Your time is confirmed once payment is complete. Unpaid payment links release after 48 hours.

The Spaces

Four studios of varying sizes, including our largest combined space for big groups, workshops, and productions. Tell us your headcount and purpose in the request and we'll match you to the right room.

Policies

Check in on the front desk iPad when you arrive. Your rental covers the approved space, time, and purpose only; a change in use or added time requires new approval, and time running over is billed in 15-minute increments. Cancellations 24 or more hours in advance receive a full refund; under 24 hours, 50%. Commercial photo and video shoots require a certificate of insurance or a signed liability waiver before approval. Our class and rehearsal schedule takes priority; an approved, paid booking is the only guarantee of space.
